The Friends of Belstead Brook Park (FoBBP) are a group of local volunteers that help look after the Park for the benefit of its users and local wildlife.  We work closely with the Greenways Countryside Project, Pinewood Parish Council and other partners interested in the Park. You can now follow us on our Facebook Page.

It is with great sadness that we have to inform you that David Shemming, the group’s coordinator, has died. We have posted a tribute to David from the group.

Our next Work Party event that was to be on  Saturday 8th July  between 10am and 1pm meeting in Bobbits Lane car park. The plan is to tackle the nettles around the bird hide overlooking the ponds in Bobbits Lane meadows.

Saturday 12th August 10am – 1pm
Saturday 9th September 10am – 1pm

If you’re interested in taking part, please join our mailing list so that you receive details of what we’ll be doing and where to meet.
