Pinewood Parish Council to discuss Belstead House Development

Pinewood Parish Council will be discussing the proposed development of Belstead House and Belstead Meadows with 155 dwellings and a 65 bedroom care home at their next meeting being held on Monday 12th January at 7:00pm at Pinewood Community Centre. The developer will be present and will give a short presentation on his plans. It is an ideal opportunity to find out more information on what is being proposed and express your concerns.

If you wish to make a comment concerning this proposed development and the loss of most of Belstead Meadows then you can go to Babergh District Councils planning web site, enter the application’s reference ‘B/14/01377’ and go to the ‘Comments’ tab. The process is very simple and straightforward. First get yourself a ‘login’ by providing a few details such as your name, where you live and email address etc and then express your concerns.

We have been contacted by Helena who is happy to act as a focal point for anyone wanting to form a group to oppose this development. If you send us you an email we will be more than happy to forward them on to Helena.
