Vegetable box schemes
These schemes regularly provide a box with a good mix of vegetables, which can be picked up or delivered to your home. Many schemes are run by farmers and the perishable goods, such as salad, are often picked on the same day you receive them. You will need to check if the farm can deliver to your area.

Oak Tree Low Carbon Farm
Friendly new Community Supported Agriculture Scheme where members volunteer on the farm in exchange for a reduced price weekly seasonal veg box, absolutely fresh from the farm. Social events and skill share sessions (wild food walks, bread oven building...) We keep our carbon foot print to a minimum, with cooporative delivery by members, as well as using natural fertilizers and tools and machinery with minimal fuel consumption.

Suffolk Farm Box
We provide a weekly box of seasonal fruit and vegetables, and you can also add local eggs and cheeses. If there are some veg you don’t like, you can exclude them from your weekly order. We serve a small area around Stowmarket to minimise food miles (see 'where we deliver' on the website). We grow using a chemical-free system and are in the process of restoring 18 acres of previously intensively-farmed arable land to a sustainable mixed farming system. As well as selling our own produce through the veg box scheme we buy from like-minded local producers.
