TravelSmart - Staff needed in Ipswich
TravelSmart aims to encourage households to walk, cycle and use public transport more often, by providing them with personalised local travel infromation, through a process known as Individualised Travel Marketing (ITM).
Sustrans are currently recruiting a team of staff to work on the TravelSmart project:
PROJECT OFFICER - £18K pa, full time, 6 April - 20 August 2010
We need two practically-minded individuals with people management
skills to co-ordinate the local delivery of the project.

HOUSEHOLD CANVASSER - £6.45 p/h
Contacting households on the doorstep to gather information about
how they travel and offer a range of free information
PACKER - £5.85 p/h
To assemble the travel information packs requested by households
DELIVERY CYCLIST - £6.05 p/h
Delivery of the information packs to households by bike
DATA ENTRY ASSISTANT - £5.85 p/h
TRAVEL ADVISOR - £11.50 per visit
To provide further advice and information to households on walking,
cycling and/or public transport.
These jobs are part-time and available from late April to July 2010
